We are very sorry that the hub is broken. We have sent you a personal mail to go over it with you. // Joel Andrea AronneMarola, ItalyVerified Buyer5 of 5Really a great rim in both aesthetics and qualityJohnathan PriceOakville, CanadaVerified Buyer5 of 5Very well assembledSven W.Limburgerhof, GermanyVerified Buyer5 of 5Fully and completely satisfied.
Price / performance fits.Evelyn H.Schwäbisch Gmünd, GermanyVerified Buyer5 of 5I searched everywhere for exactly this front wheel and finally found it here (as the wheel is available on the market with two different rims (shiny black and more (silk) matt).
The Salt Rookie wheel offers a very good price/performance ratio and is very stable.
The service and friendliness of Skatepro can be rated as very good.Laurent PiguetChéserex, SwitzerlandVerified Buyer1 of 5Despite telephone advice from your salesman, the 16" wheel I received has 36 spokes, whereas I needed a rim with 28 spokes (as mentioned on your site and by your employee).
Unfortunately I can't send it back to you as I've already dismantled it (and it's the rim I need).
Too bad for a first experience with you...Reply from SkateProHello,
Thank you for your message, we're sorry you didn't receive the number of spokes you wanted for your wheels, for the inconvenience we've credited your SkatePro account :)
Have a nice day
Best regards,
SkatePro
