Want your gear before Christmas?
No stress - just make sure to place your order by December 15th at 12:45 AM (AEDT). And here's the trick: everything in your cart needs to be in stock (or expected to be in stock by then). That way, we can get it to you in time for the big day.

Heads up
- Adding comments to your order during checkout might slow things down.
- Delivery hiccups can happen (freight delays, supplier delays, customs, etc.).
- No split shipments - your order ships when all items are in stock.
Can I make changes on the order, after placing it?
Need to update your information, address or items? Visit your SkatePro Account to cancel and re-order.
If the cancel button is not visible, your order has already been processed for shipping and can no longer be changed.
Changed your mind? No worries.
You can return your order within 365 days. Whether it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, or just not the right vibe - we’ve got you.

- Can I get part of my order shipped earlier?
Nope, sorry! We ship everything together once all items are in stock.
- Can I get my gift wrapped?
We know—gift wrapping is fun (and sometimes a lifesaver). But this year, we’re skipping it to keep things moving fast and smooth. Wrapping orders slows down shipping, and we want to make sure your gear gets to you on time.
Our tip? Grab some cool paper, throw on a bow, and make it your own. You’ve got this!
- Will the packaging give away the surprise?
Heads up: we ship all orders in boxes sealed with SkatePro tape - so if your kids are on high alert for Christmas clues, you might want to avoid home delivery.
Choose a delivery option where you can intercept the package, or send it to a friend or neighbour.
- What if my order is delayed?
We do our best to get your gear to you on time, but sometimes things happen - like freight delays, customs hold-ups, or supplier hiccups.
If your order’s running late, you can head to your Customer Account and download a gift certificate. It shows the items you ordered, so you’ve got something to wrap or share while you wait.
- What if my chosen parcel shop is full?
It happens - especially during the holiday rush. If the parcel shop you picked is full when your order arrives, the carrier will automatically redirect your package to the nearest available parcel shop.
You’ll get a notification with the new pickup location, so you can grab your gear without delay.
- What if something’s wrong with my order?
