Wrist Circumference Measurement
Measure the circumference around the wrist.
Determine Circumference Above and Below the Elbow
Use your dominant arm to measure the circumference at the widest points above and below the elbow, and measure the biceps and forearm.
Circumference Measurement for Above and Below the Knee
Tip! Use a soft measuring tape, to ensure that the product fits properly. Alternatively, use a piece of string and then measure it against a ruler
