The standard tires for this scooter are very hard, and dangerous. You need the 205 mm Pneumatic wheels but unfortunately they are not available through SkatePro for this model. The standard (hard) tires are dangerous and caused me an accident that sent me to the hospital, resulting in stitches. The Pneumatic tires should be standard. They would have absorbed transition and assist in going over the (small) bump that the hard tire failed to do and sent me flying. My scooter is useless now as I can not ride with the existing hard tires. Pneumatic tires offer a smoother ride and better traction compared to solid tires, providing better shock absorption. It's true that pneumatic wheels provide better shock absorption. This scooter has PU wheels which enable the rider to go at faster speeds compared to pneumatic wheels.
For uneven grounds, we would recommend a pneumatic wheel scooter.
