Guidelines for Custom Heat Mouldable Insoles

Heating triggers our Gamechangers Elite's exclusive arch technology, enabling the insole to expand and mould to the shape of your foot.

1. Trim the toe to match your shoes. Ensure they slide in effortlessly.
2. Then, place the insoles in a preheated oven at 110 °C for 8-10 minutes. NOT in the microwave.
3. Once the arch is completely soft, they are ready for use. Step on them while wearing socks for 1-2 minutes. (Sit down for enhanced arch support). Subsequently, place them in your shoes and walk.
4. Avoid bending the Gamechangers at 90 degree angles immediately after removing them from the oven - this could damage the foam.

The usual break-in time for FP Insoles Gamechangers Elite is 1-3 days. Allow your feet some time to adjust to the arch support.
