Guidelines for Custom Heat Mouldable Insoles
By heating, our Gamechangers Elite's unique arch technology is activated, allowing the insole to expand and mould to the shape of your foot.
- Trim the toe section to ensure a proper fit in your shoes, making sure they slip in smoothly.
- Next, position the insoles in a preheated oven at 110 °C for 8-10 minutes. Avoid using a microwave.
- Once the arch becomes completely soft, they are ready. Stand on them with socks for 1-2 minutes. (If seated, expect greater arch support). Then, insert them into your shoes and walk.
- Avoid bending the Gamechangers at 90-degree angles immediately after removing them from the oven, as this might damage the foam.
