Guidelines for Custom Heat Mouldable Insoles

Heating activates our Gamechangers Elite's unique arch technology, allowing the insole to expand and conform to your foot.

1. Trim the toe area to fit your shoes adequately. Ensure they slide in with ease.
2. Place the insoles in a preheated oven at 110 °C for 8-10 minutes. NOT in the microwave.
3. Once the arch is completely soft, they are ready. Stand on them wearing socks for 1-2 minutes. (While seated for enhanced arch support). Then insert into your shoes and walk.
4. Avoid bending the Gamechangers at 90-degree angles immediately after removing from the oven - it may damage the foam.

FP Insoles Gamechangers Elite usually require a break-in period of 1-3 days. Allow your feet to adjust to the arch support.
