I wear a 38 city size, 240mm according to the guide, and I took a 39 on advice, as Chaya's shoe size is small and my foot is a bit wide. The rollerskates fit perfectly, neither too tight nor too big. My ankles are well protected and supported without being too stiff.

I changed to a size 39, which fits. The shoe is really comfortable, the inside feels like memory foam and supports the ankle well. However, the cut of the shoe allows for good mobility. The laces and trucks are of good quality and lighter than I expected. The rounded tires and bearings are also top notch. The height-adjustable toestop is practical compared to a fixed stop. The ice skates are really reactive. Turns and spins are smooth and effortless. It's like skating in soft butter. The only disappointment was the "reinforced shoe tip", which scratched and started peeling right after the first fall. The vinyl on the other shoe was fine, so I don't understand why the material that is supposed to prevent the shoe surface from scratching would be the first to crack.
