In the rain, I don't get as much grip as I'd expect. I also think they're a bit pricey for the performance they deliver in the rain.Reply from SkateProThanks for your review of the product. These wheels have a surface texture with fine sand particles, which improves grip in wet conditions. However, it’s not possible to guarantee full performance in rainy weather. Please be careful! // Your Skatepro team :)Marco Reginatocastagnaro, ItalyVerified Buyer4 of 5No rain to session it ☔️P. ÖhmanTäby, SwedenVerified Buyer4 of 5The idea was to use these wheels on roller skis during races in the rain. But after trying them out, I think they’re too slow compared to competition wheels for roller skis. You have to ski carefully with the fast roller ski wheels. But these wheels are actually great in cold weather. They’re a bit faster than standard roller ski wheels with a 2 inertia rating and don’t feel as sluggish at temperatures between 0 and +5 as regular roller ski wheels do. SzabolcsBudapest, Hungary4 of 5They're good on slightly wet concrete (emphasis on slightly), still slippery, but manageable. A bit better than my 70A-ish soft wheels, but they also give me an ease of mind (along with rustproof bearings).Rail stephaneVal d’espoir, CanadaVerified Buyer4 of 5No rain to try ☔️Marian CicakSligo, IrelandVerified Buyer5 of 5Very good qualityBruno CorneloupCRAMPAGNA, FranceVerified Buyer4 of 5I haven't tried them yet, but they're exactly what I ordered.Eric BernardiFrauenfeld, SwitzerlandVerified Buyer4 of 5Grip well in the wet, but wear out quickly on dry asphalt, then the soft PU of the core comes to the surface pretty quickly and they are barely rideable... They were great for learning to skate in the rain, had a lot of fun with them 😊 But there are also normal wheels that offer similar grip in wet conditions and are better in mixed conditions.
(I definitely recommend Twincam "Storm" bearings for all rain skaters...)
