Henning Hvorslev Fredensborg, Denmark Verified Buyer 5 of 5 Great product and service Peter L. Hawthorn, Australia Verified Buyer 5 of 5 Comfortable gloves with very effective heat distribution that lasts all day on a full battery charge. Renato B. Leipzig, Germany Verified Buyer 3 of 5 With Renaud's syndrome, I was looking for REALLY warm gloves. However, I was not convinced by the heating performance, even on the highest setting. If the glove is slightly warm and you can tell the difference to sudden coldness by the fact that the battery is now empty, you at least realize that "something was there", but my fingers are still slightly cold, even if not icy, but this feeling alone is enough to make it uncomfortable. I only tested the gloves on walks with temperatures AM freezing point, i.e. not much below. This test has yet to be carried out on the ski slopes, but unfortunately I am now (almost) certain that I will have to expect a similar or worse result at much lower outside temperatures. That disappoints me a little, as the price of the gloves and then the extra battery packs is really expensive. Reply from SkatePro Hey Renato, Many thanks for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that the gloves don't quite meet your expectations. If the gloves don't get completely warm, please reply to our email with pictures of the item. We will then be happy to take a look at your case and check whether this model has a material defect. :) / Your SkatePro Team
