It has a fairly rapid wear, in a few months the iron inside is already visible. It wears the wheel in an extreme way. After a few minutes braking downhill, the wheel sticks to the brake and has to be removed. Also, I would not consider it a brake, but a Fender because it is so short that most braking is done with the shoe, which wears the shoe and can also cause the wheel to lock and wear very quickly leaving it square. I've had this brake for six months and I've already had to change the wheel twice, the last time yesterday, when you could see the rim.
