Rocco observed many young children facing difficulties with the large size of their pro scooter setups. He often concluded that they would benefit more from a design tailored to their size and shape.

As a division of the Rocker BMX Bike family, RKR Scooters leverage over 40 years of BMX design and engineering experience, which provides them with the expertise to produce pro spec products in convenient, smaller packages.
