These ice skates incorporate a V-cut at the heel, offering a snug fit around the ankle. This results in more of a performance fit, with insufficient room for a thicker sock.

For a more conventional fit, suitable for leisure skating, it is advisable to select 1-2 sizes larger. This allows for the addition of a thicker sock and ensures skating comfort while upright.
