If it is already known that GLS has problems, why are the shipments still being sent with this courier? In addition, I thought the shipment came from Switzerland, as the homepage is Swiss...but no, the shipment comes from Belgium! Sorry, I can't be satisfied with that!Reply from SkateProHello,
I'm very sorry for the long wait.
Unfortunately, over a period of 2 weeks, there were often problems with parcels that were to be delivered to Switzerland.
There were probably communication problems between GLS DE and GLS CH.
In the meantime, most of the parcels have found their destination and there are no more problems with the shipping service provider.
