A lot of suggestions online point to big brands like landyachtz or Lush but you'll be paying for £100 for just the board and for 28" too. This is too small for an adult to learn on in my opinion as a lot of learning is being confident with your foot positioning and going at speed on a tiny board with little adjustment room is very scary and more likely to put people off. The price of most cruisers are also a big deterrent. If you're getting into a hobby, the cost is a big curve that you need to overcome. Thankfully SkatePro comes in clutch with a large 31" Ocean Pacific Swell Cruiser Skateboard. I've put a few hours on this board and got more confident with pumping and cruising down slopes and roads.
