Coreflex Technology is a highly specialised process of layering various materials. It begins with a core of vertically laminated bamboo, encased on both sides with tri-axial fiberglass layers, finishing with a high-density plastic material resistant to abrasion on the deck’s top and bottom. To elevate deck technology further, urethane blast tips have been added, significantly prolonging your board's lifespan. Additionally, it's notable that they use an epoxy formula helping to maintain cohesion among the layers.

Two different flex types are available, tailored for varying body sizes, specifically by weight.

• Flex 1 (Black edition) is designed for individuals weighing between 120 pounds (54.5kg) and 170 pounds (77.1kg).
• Flex 2 (Green edition) suits those weighing 160 pounds (72.5kg) and above.
