D. Bouiron Millau, France Verified Buyer 2 of 5 For me the custom build was a total disaster. It seems that the guy who made it built his first bike ever: -1 the tires are mounted backwards (well, not a big things, happened to me as well) -2 a spacer in the headset was missing (fortunately, I had a spare one), which can ovalize the frame quite quickly -3 the stem was forced in quite brutally -4 the guy who assembled the bike forced the chain excessively with a half-link, which is absurd since the chain is not a half-link and thus not compatible. When I received the bike, the chain was already too tight and overstrained. It is impossible to add an extra link, the chain is completely useless. Some photos are available here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Sscw8UGC5_E3Itlvyri003cP2E9jJqK4?usp=drive_link For the first day of riding, I went chainless and had to buy another one straight away, which is not really a good experience. I contacted the support and will update this review it if anything plays out. Reply from SkatePro Hello, We're still sorry to hear that the BMX didn't arrive intact, we've reported it to our workshop, we've contacted you and we're delighted to have been able to find a solution in-house. We hope to offer you a better experience next time. G. Jurek Ostrowiec Świetokrzyski, Poland Verified Buyer 5 of 5 Everything super put together . Many thanks ;-) M.
