To achieve this, it is necessary to possess all the components required to construct a bespoke skateboard (either you supply them to SkatePro or order them along with this service).

This service is the assembly of a bespoke skateboard; therefore, there is no right of return once purchased.
The skateboard and any parts it incorporates are also not refundable once they have been assembled to the configuration you desire. Upon disassembly, parts are no longer new and thus cannot be returned.

If one truck is mounted the wrong way, we are of course very sorry for this! It is very simply to turn it around - simply loosen the four bolts and turn the truck around.
