Description

Single density mouthguard, suitable for use to prevent damage from grinding teeth during sleep.

Adult size, for ages 10 and above.
Youth size, for ages 10 and under.

Caution when customising your mouthguard, as boiling water can be hazardous!

Bring the water to a boil and allow it to cool for 30 seconds before placing the adult guard in the water for 70 seconds. (30 seconds for Youth)

Remove the guard from the water with a spoon, shake off the water, and promptly position the guard on the upper teeth. (Ensure the guard remains warm)

Once the upper teeth are aligned, bite down gently and suck or squeeze out any air or excess water with your tongue. You may also use your fingers to press the protector into place from the outside.

Keep the guard in the mouth for 30 seconds, then remove it and run it under cold water.

If the fit isn't perfect, repeat the process for an optimal fit.

If the guard is slightly too large, you can trim some of the ends with a knife.
