MPC Mtech wheels are produced through a multi-stage pouring/moulding process, allowing the formation of several urethane material layers – each tailored with unique properties.

While rubber wheels excel at shock absorption, they are prone to abrasion and wear. Conversely, urethane and hard plastic wheels offer longevity but result in a harsh ride. The dual-material construction of MPC Mtech wheels delivers both shock absorption and durability.

MPC's innovative Mtech (multi-layer technology) wheels feature a soft (super-ball-like) highly resilient inner layer that functions as a pneumatic tyre, encased in a highly durable outer layer. This inner layer acts as a cushion for the robust outer surface. It deforms, widening on the edges during turns to provide a larger contact surface, and then resumes its original shape to reduce rolling resistance when upright.
