The material is chrome-steel which, unlike cheaper bearings, offers long-lasting, high resistance to shocks.
A steel-armoured rubber seal on both sides of the bearing, combined with factory lubrication using grease, ensures excellent protection against dirt and water. A high level of protection in dirty environments might reduce top speed. For optimal speed, we recommend: .

Note: Because of the grease lubrication, the bearings may initially seem slightly slow, but they will run more smoothly once the grease is evenly distributed throughout the bearing.
