MG3 Mouth guard

Comfortable three-layered mouthpiece designed for optimal protection, reducing the risk of concussions and dental damage.
Adult size, suitable for ages 10 and over.

Take care when customising the mouthpiece, as boiling water can be hazardous!

1. Bring the water to a boil, and allow to stand for 30 seconds before submerging the protector in the water for 70 seconds.
2. Remove the guard from the water with a spoon, shake off the water, and immediately position the protector on the upper teeth. (The protector should be warm.)
3. Once the upper teeth are positioned, gently bite together and use your tongue to suck/squeeze out air and surplus water from the guard. You may also use your fingers to press the protector in place from the outside.
4. Keep the protector tight in the mouth for 30 seconds, then remove and place under cold running water.
5. If the fit isn't perfect, repeat the process until it is ideal.
6. If the guard is slightly too large, you can trim some of the ends with a knife.
