A.P Limited No 5 Skateboard Deck

100% unique Skateboard Art by the artist Antti-Pekka Korhonen.

Antti-Pekka is an accomplished and talented skaterboarder, as well as a recognised artist who has already had an exhibition at the Helsinki underground Art event.

In partnership with SkatePro, Antti-Pekka has crafted a Limited series of hand-painted decks, each distinct and individually numbered. The deck is a top-quality Sk8-Mafia deck composed of 7 layers of Canadian maple.

The making process:

• Using a combination of spray paint and paint markers, the decks were painted, with the wooden surface of the plywood serving as background texture.
• Two stencils were used as cut-outs, and spray paint was applied to create the base design.
• Thereafter, each piece was uniquely detailed using the paint markers.
• Finally, the deck was varnished three times.
