The remote control on E-boards is a vital component that can vastly impact your riding experience. The initial startup employs a combination of sensor and sensorless modes, ensuring you smoothly accelerate to your desired speed without any jerky movements. Naturally, this also applies when decelerating to a complete stop. Unlike some other boards which can be harsh when braking, the X1 gently comes to a halt without throwing you off the board.

While moving forward is certainly beneficial, occasionally reversing is necessary as well. This is why the X1 is equipped with both forward and reverse gears. The reverse gear effectively aids in slowing you down and is seamlessly engaged using the speed control on the remote.
