1) Prepare the base structure: With 2-3 strokes, use the combi brush in the glider areas.
2) Cleansing of used skis (For new skis: Proceed to step 3): Use an iron (purchased separately) to heat and apply the glider in the glide areas. After the glider wax has set but remains warm, remove it with the scraper. Follow up with 2-3 strokes using the combi brush in the glide areas.
3) Apply 2 coats of glider wax with an iron. Begin with 1 coat and allow the ski to cool. Then, execute the following steps:
a) Employ the pencil groove scraper for the base middle guide
b) Remove the glide wax from the rest of the base using the scraper
c) Use 2-3 strokes of the combi brush in the glider areas
d) Now, apply the second coat and permit the skis to cool before repeating the steps once more.
4) Apply abrasion-resistant layer: With an iron, warm one coat of graphite in the glider areas for enhanced abrasion resistance. After cooling, proceed as follows:
a) Use the pencil groove scraper to remove the middle base guide
b) Remove the remainder from the base using the scraper
c) With about 15 strokes of the combi brush, polish until the base is shiny.
