Battleship 20" 2019 BMX Freestyle Bike

The renowned German BMX brand, WeThePeople, is crafting some of the finest complete BMX bikes available in the market, and the Battleship 2019 stands testament to this reputation.

It is equipped with 20" wheels and a 20.75" top tube.

The entire configuration is inspired by riders and is based on the 2nd iteration of the favoured WeThePeople Battleship frame, incorporating feedback from pro riders Dan Kruk and Jordan Goodwin. The Battleship frame features distinctive hydroformed gussets to reinforce the structure. Additionally, the frame possesses removable pivots and guides for brake levers and cables.

The Battleship is designed to be the most robust and lasting frame in the range, and the other components on this complete complement the high standard admirably.

The fork is also derived from the Battleship series and incorporates ultra-strong heat-treated Sanko tubing with a single-piece CNC cut steerer tube and a 24mm offset.

Amongst other components, the headset, stem, and bar are Éclat parts.

The headset is equipped with fully sealed bearings, and a top load stem crafted from CNC machined alloy materials. Coupled with a 4-piece bar, made from post-liquid heat-treated 4130 Chromoly materials, you already have a top-tier front piece.

However, the Éclat delight continues. The Battleship also features an Éclat 25T sprocket, constructed from durable 6061-T6 alloy and includes a nylon sprocket guard.

The front and rear rims are both Éclat "Bondi", which are flash welded double wall rims with 36 holes. The fat padded pivotal seat and nylon/fibreglass pedals are additional Éclat components fitted onto this high-end complete.

The Battleship 2019 is equipped with WeThePeople's 165mm 8 spline tubular 3-piece Chromoly crank with a 22mm fully sealed press-fit bottom bracket. The rims are laced to a 9T Freecoaster hub, also by WeThePeople and also feature fully sealed bearings, facilitating maximum fakie enjoyment.

The Battleship also includes several SaltPlus parts, such as the half link chain and the alloy brake lever, resulting in the Battleship Complete Bike being predominantly a blend of Éclat and SaltPlus parts alongside WeThePeople parts.
