Capture Overknee 4mm Backzip 2018 Junior Wetsuit

The Capture Overknee wetsuit for juniors is a 4mm garment featuring a back zip. The back zip guarantees easier entry and removal of the suit.

This short Overknee version of the Capture is ideal for warmer waters, allowing the freedom of uncovered feet and lower legs.

Designed not just for protection against water but also to guard against windchill. It is an excellent wetsuit for a range of watersports, suitable for both beginners and advanced youngsters.

• Water Gate Plus

There are panels on the back adjacent to the zip to prevent water from entering.

• Robust

L-Tex nylon is incorporated around the knee areas to enhance protection and durability.

• Aqua-A

Aqua-A is a water-based glue free of solvents used in all Ion wetsuits.

• Seam reinforcements

To boost the strength at stress points inside the wetsuit, Ion adds Melco tape for better durability. Ion advises: “If you mistakenly left the suit in the boot of your car on a hot day, the tape may start to peel. Don't worry! Lightly press an iron on the affected area as the glue activates with heat.”

• Contour Cut

By following body contours, these wetsuits increase flexibility and comfort. All Ion wetsuits feature contour cut.

• Drain Holes

To prevent water from accumulating where fabrics overlap, drain holes are incorporated. These drain holes do not enlarge.

• Sunglass Loop

A webbing loop on the neck of the wetsuit enables attachment of Ion sunglasses.

• Internal Key Pocket

Inside the wetsuit is a water-resistant internal pocket for keys.
