Recife Surfskate

Originating from Long Island Longboards, the Recife Surfskate is characterised by its generous width, vibrant summer-themed graphics, and overall pleasant setup ideal for cruising along the boardwalk.

This season introduces the Surfskates to the Long Island longboards range, featuring a collection of cruiser-style boards equipped with 150mm reverse kingpin trucks. These trucks boast an exclusive baseplate design that enables a wide variety of pivotal turns, creating a turning response reminiscent of surfing.

While these trucks may not match the tight turning capabilities of, say, a double kingpin truck, they offer a more stable and reliable feel during casual cruises. Consequently, if you wish to use this as a true surfing experience, a substantial amount of carving technique is necessary for generating forward momentum.
