Apex 2018 Waist Kitesurfing Harness

The Apex Kitesurfing harness by Ion is a waist harness created for versatile kitesurfing, concentrating on an excellent and comfortable fit. An ideal selection for waves and freeriding for kitesurfers from beginners to advanced levels.

This harness is crafted to guarantee a secure and snug fit to optimise power transfer, control, and comfort.

The Apex is equipped with the Ion C-bar technology. This technology involves a spreader bar made not from metal, but from reinforced injected fibres, making it remarkably lightweight. It includes a tension lever system that conveniently tightens the harness to a snug fit.

• Soft Edge and Extended Soft Edge

The edge surrounding the harness is constructed with extra-soft neoprene and enhanced by a specially formulated foam to optimise the comfortable sensation of wearing it. The Soft Edge flexes laterally at the hips and ribs for added comfort.

• X Spine

X-shaped EVA thermo molded insert designed for optimised back protection, while maintaining harness flexibility for a liberating sense of movement.

• Split Edge

The harness incorporates the Split Edge, a divided buckle plate, allowing it to wrap even more perfectly around the body, ensuring exceptional comfort and power transfer.

• Torsion-free construction
