Complete Basic Service of Alpine Skis

Get your alpine skis ready for a swift glide and precise edges once more. This inclusive Basic service involves edge sharpening and base waxing.

This service is performed manually and includes the following:

Edges:

• Initial sharpening - removing rust and small burrs
• Sharpening both side and base edges using a metal file

Base:

• Fibre-tex (Cleansing the base)
• Taping of bindings to protect against wax entry
• Neat waxing of the base (Ironing the cleansing wax into the base)
• Allowing the base to cool
• Scraping off cleaning wax
• Brushing out cleaning wax
• Ironing universal wax into the base
• Allowing the base to cool
• Scraping off universal wax
• Brushing out universal wax

You can send the alpine skis to us or bring them directly to our shop in Copenhagen or Søften, north of Aarhus, and we will carry out the service.

The time required to complete this service depends on our current workload and peak seasons.
