Energy Pack

The Vitargo Energy Pack is designed for replenishing carbohydrates, proteins, and minerals prior to intense physical activity such as competitive sports. It is an excellent option for events like the Vasaloppet cross-country race in Sweden.

Guidance:
Utilise Carboloader for the 3 days leading to the competition (once before dinner, once in the afternoon)
