Trinity Core 5mm Chestzip 2018 Womens Wetsuit

A cosy yet flexible wetsuit designed for women, ideal for an array of watersports such as surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, and SUP.

When paddling on your surfboard, this wetsuit ensures comfort in cooler waters, with the chest zip improving the closure system to prevent neck flush-throughs commonly experienced with back zips.

• Aqua-A

Aqua-A is a solvent-free, water-based adhesive utilised in all Ion wetsuits.

• Seam reinforcements

To fortify stress points within the wetsuit, Ion has integrated Melco tape for enhanced durability. Ion advises: “If you happen to leave the suit in the boot of your car on a hot day, the tape may begin to peel. Don't panic! Carefully use an iron over the affected area as the adhesive is activated by heat.”

• Contour Cut

These wetsuits are tailored to follow body contours, improving flexibility and comfort. All Ion wetsuits feature a contour cut.

• Drain Holes

To prevent water build-up at fabric overlap locations, drain holes are included. The drain holes will not enlarge.

• Leg Loop

Removable velcro loops on the lower legs to prevent water from entering the wetsuit from below.

• Robust

L-Tex nylon is applied in the knee areas for protection and increased durability.

• Internal Key Pocket

Inside the wetsuit, there is a water-resistant internal pocket designed for keys.

• Supra Tex

Fabrics used for more vulnerable areas on the wetsuit - such as the knee regions. The Supra Tex fabric offers greater abrasion resistance.

• GBS - Glued Blind Stitched

To securely bond neoprene panels and achieve excellent water resistance, glueing is used alongside blind stitching to join the panels.
