Suitable for most scooters, though not fitting oversized bars.

Fastening the clamp:
Start by tightening the bottom bolt, then proceed upwards, securing each bolt in sequence.
Next, revisit the first bolt and repeat the process.
If the bolts are not sufficiently tight, use a spanner on the end for a bit of extra leverage.
Exercise caution to avoid applying excessive force with the Allen key as it could break; steady and even pressure is most effective.
