Description

Is your scooter due for an enhancement? Opt for a superb custom trick scooter featuring a threadless headset, one-piece T-bar, compression system, and two lightweight single clamps!

We've curated a kit of five components designed to upgrade the following threaded scooters. The kit transforms your threaded scooter into a threadless one using ICS compression technology.

1x Worx Royal Bar black one-piece T-bar (Alu. 35 mm outer)

Instructions:
Basic trick scooter assembly knowledge is required. We suggest reviewing our guide before commencing. Read Assembling a custom scooter here.
Upon receiving the kit, first clean your old scooter and detach the old headcups from the headtube.

  1. Use a screwdriver to remove them and a hammer to install the new ones. Place a wooden block in between to prevent scratching the deck or new headcups.
  2. Fit the headset bearings into the new headcups.
  3. Next, gauge how far the new pro scooter fork extends into the bar, from the top of the headset up to the starnut, which is pre-installed inside the bar.
  4. Ensure the compression bolt can attach to the starnut to streamline the entire system. If the starnut isn't sufficiently elevated, use a screwdriver to position it deeper. Should the starnut be too high within the bar, utilise the included replacement starnut.
  5. Adjust the compression until it spins to your liking.
